At Lumen Wellness Clinic, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.
Standard Returns
Supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are:
Unused
Unopened
In their original packaging
In resalable condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.
Satisfaction Exceptions
We understand that every patient is different. If you are not satisfied with your purchase but your product does not meet the standard return requirements, you may request a special exception.

A brief explanation of your concern
Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. While exceptions are not guaranteed, we are committed to working with our patients to find a fair resolution whenever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
