What We Offer

Comprehensive Panels

FULLSCRIPT JOURNEYS PANELS
Order Your Labs Before Your Visit

One of the easiest ways to get started is to complete your laboratory testing before your consultation. We’ve created carefully selected lab panels based on the testing we routinely use in practice for hormone optimization, preventive health, and a deeper understanding of your overall health.

Through Fullscript, you can choose the panel that best fits your situation:
Each panel includes the tests we typically recommend for that stage of care, taking the guesswork out of deciding which labs to order.

How It Works

1. Choose your lab panel
Select the panel that best matches your needs and purchase your testing online.

2. Complete your blood draw
After purchasing your panel, you’ll receive instructions for completing your blood work.

3. Schedule your lab review
Once your blood draw is complete, schedule your laboratory review appointment approximately 14 days afterward. This allows time for your results to be completed and available for review.

During your lab review, we’ll walk through your results together, answer your questions, and discuss how your results fit into the bigger picture of your symptoms, health history, and goals.

Go Deeper With Specialty Testing

Sometimes standard blood work doesn’t tell the whole story.

For patients who want to investigate specific areas of health more deeply, we also offer access to advanced specialty testing through Vibrant Wellness.

Vibrant offers a broad range of specialty assessments that can provide additional insight into areas such as:

Food and immune reactivity
Heavy metals and environmental toxins
Mold and mycotoxin exposure
PFAS and other environmental chemicals
Gut health and microbiome balance
Nutrient status
Hormone health and metabolism
Genetic variations related to nutrition, detoxification, cardiovascular health, and more
Infection and tick-borne testing

For example, Vibrant’s Toxin Zoomer evaluates heavy metals, mycotoxins, environmental chemicals, and PFAS, while incorporating genetic information related to detoxification pathways.

These tests can be particularly helpful when you’re dealing with persistent or unexplained symptoms, a history of environmental exposure, digestive concerns, or when you simply want a more comprehensive look at a particular area of your health. Specialty testing is not appropriate or necessary for everyone. If you’re unsure which test is right for you, contact us before ordering.

Depending on what we’re investigating, custom testing may include everything from a few additional blood markers to comprehensive specialty assessments such as:

Gut and microbiome assessments
Parasite testing
DUTCH hormone testing
Advanced hormone and thyroid testing
Inflammation and immune markers

Galleri Cancer Screening

Go Beyond Traditional Cancer Screening With Galleri®

For patients interested in a more proactive approach to cancer screening, we also offer access to the Galleri® multi-cancer early detection test.

Galleri is a blood test designed to detect a cancer signal associated with 50+ types of cancer, including some cancers for which there are currently no recommended routine screening tests. It looks for DNA shed into the bloodstream by cancer cells and can also help predict where in the body a detected cancer signal may have originated.

Galleri is intended to be used in addition to—not instead of—your recommended routine cancer screenings such as mammograms, colonoscopies, cervical cancer screening, and other age- and risk-appropriate screenings.

The test is generally recommended for adults with an elevated risk for cancer, such as those age 50 and older, and is available by prescription.

What to Know

Galleri is a screening test, not a diagnostic test. A result showing “Cancer Signal Detected” does not mean that cancer has been diagnosed. Additional diagnostic testing, such as imaging or other evaluation, is required to determine whether cancer is actually present. Likewise, a result of “No Cancer Signal Detected” does not completely rule out cancer. False-positive and false-negative results can occur.

The Galleri test has not been cleared or approved by the FDA and is performed by GRAIL’s CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory.

If you’re interested in Galleri and would like to discuss whether it is appropriate for you, please contact us.

Understanding Lab Review Fees

We believe you should always know what to expect when it comes to the cost of your care.

All laboratory review appointments have a separate fee.

Whether your labs were ordered through Fullscript, Vibrant Wellness, another laboratory, or as part of a custom panel, there is a fee for the time and expertise required to review and interpret your results with you.

A laboratory review is more than simply looking at whether a result is “normal” or “abnormal.” We take the time to interpret your results in the context of your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, goals, and the other markers included in your testing.

Looking for a more comprehensive approach?

If you anticipate needing ongoing support, you may prefer to bundle your care rather than paying for individual services.

Our Hormone Alignment Program is designed to bring your care together in one comprehensive experience, including recommended laboratory testing, laboratory interpretation, targeted supplementation, and weekly health coaching.

If you’re considering the program, you can also choose to start with your labs and a laboratory review first. If you decide to enroll in the Hormone Alignment Program afterward, the amount you’ve already paid toward your qualifying lab and lab review services can be applied toward the program cost, according to program terms.

This gives you the opportunity to start with the information you need now while keeping the door open to more comprehensive support later.
